Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We want you to be happy with your purchase but, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Spiral Sun Jewellery purchase of if you change your mind about your order, you must contact us in writing (via email) within 14 days of receiving your goods. At this point, arrangements will be made to organise a return and refund or an exchange,

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Earrings – due to health reasons.

Return Conditions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn/unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Buyer will be responsible for the return postage and associated costs unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Please return the item(s) via the same postage method as was received (see our Delivery Terms). These postage methods include insurance – any other method is at your own risk and may result in non-receipt and therefore a refund not being possible. Please retain a certificate of posting as a refund cannot be issued until we have received the goods.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Spiral Sun Jewellery take all steps to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If it doesn’t, please get in touch via email within 14 days in order to arrange a replacement or refund.

We might ask you to return the faulty item to us. In this case we will reimburse you any shipping costs incurred. We will advise you further on this via email when you make us aware of the problem.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It is not possible to refund payment to an alternative payment method.

As per UK Distance Selling Regulations, then all goods must be returned within 14 days and a subsequent refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received. Please note, that once issued, the refund is subject to the timeframes of the payment provider(s) and can be up to 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

All items will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the purchase. So the gift giver will receive the refund and will be made aware of the return.
