Delivery Terms
Spiral Sun Jewellery aims to dispatch all orders within the following timeframes:
Items which are in stock will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Items which need to be made to order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Any items that require hallmarking need to be sent to the Edinburgh Assay Office on completion which is subject to their timeframes so dispatch to you will be longer. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email to keep you informed of a realistic dispatch time.
Occasionally events outside of our control affect processing/shipping/delivery times. If a delay should arise for any reason, we will keep you informed via email.
As a small business we are shut on occasions throughout the year for personal events and holidays which will delay dispatch and delivery times. If this is the case, you will be informed at the point of order and by email.
Deliveries will be made within the UK free of charge per the above timeframes, and we have two shipping options:
Orders below £50: Items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. This requires a signature on delivery.
Orders above £50: Items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after dispatch and requires a signature on delivery.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail who may be subject to delays outside of our control.
Please note that International Delivery is not available at this time.
